Nina Greene

Nina moved to Arizona from Illinois and loves living here. For enjoyment, Nina and her husband Eric like to explore new restaurants and venues throughout the valley. They also enjoy adventuring into Arizona’s beautiful high country to places like Prescott and Sedona with their Westie Holly.

Mead Summer

Realtor & Associate Broker

Mead Summer is a Realtor, Associate Broker and Real Estate Coach who has more than 15 years of experience in real estate and has held an Arizona real estate license since 2007. A former real estate office branch manager, Mead has been a multimillion-dollar producer in each of the last five years, and has sold more than 15 million dollars worth of Arizona real estate. In his targeted marketing areas, Mead has sold more homes than any other Arizona Realtor. He specializes in the Northeast Valley, but has sold real estate in all parts of the Phoenix metropolitan area.
When Mead is not representing his own clients, he assists other agents by teaching real estate classes on such topics as negotiation, Arizona Association of Realtors contract and addenda, and negotiation of the Buyer Inspection Notice and Seller Response. He also reviews contract documents for other agents to ensure that clients can enjoy a smooth, problem-free transaction.

Eric Greene


Eric Greene is Nina’s husband and marketing guru. Eric moved from Illinois to Scottsdale with his family in 1981. Eric has witnessed the explosive growth of Metro Phoenix with the millions of new residents who moved from all over the country and now call the valley home. He thoroughly enjoys living in Arizona and believes you will too! Arizona offers something for everyone. Just ask Eric. He’s always glad to share his favorite AZ spots.
